Elm- in B there are residents watching tv, in D there is one resident on her phone in the common area, in E there are 2 residents talking to each other.

Round 2-10:00pm
CC408- residents were in the kitchen making chocolate covered strawberries
CC4- saw Ra Jules entering her room
CC3- saw no residents
CC9- saw no residents
Elm- In B there are residents watching, and in e there are residents doing homework in their common area.

Round 3- 12:00am
CC408- at 12:10am I spoke to residents on the first floor about music being too loud.

Elm- in B there are residents talking in the common area. In E there are residents doing homework.
